Introduction of Case Studies on Industrial Wastewater Treatment Unit: Meat and Fresh Fish Processing Plants

Rich achievements across diverse industries! A case of installing 9 pipes on the ground in a limited space.

We would like to introduce a case where a Fuji Clean industrial wastewater treatment unit was installed at a meat and fresh fish processing facility in Tokyo. Nine pipes were installed on the ground in a limited space. Our company has extensive experience in wastewater treatment across various industries. We also have research facilities and provide proposals for wastewater treatment tailored to customer needs. 【Case Overview】 ■ Treatment Method: Carrier Fluidized Bed (with sludge concentrator) ■ Location: Tokyo ■ Year of Installation: 2016 ■ Type: Factory ■ Discharge Destination: Sewage System ■ Wastewater Volume: 150m3/day *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Unit: Animal Husbandry

The processing method is carrier fluid flow! A case of introducing a system to treat wastewater from kennel floor cleaning.

We would like to introduce a case where our industrial wastewater treatment unit was installed at an animal breeding facility in Kochi Prefecture. The treatment method used is a carrier fluidized bed system, which processes wastewater from the cleaning of dog kennels. The discharge destination is a river, with a wastewater volume of 3.0m³/day. Additionally, we are currently conducting maintenance and management. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Treatment method: Carrier fluidized bed system ■ Location: Kochi Prefecture ■ Year of installation: 2014 ■ Type: Animal breeding ■ Discharge destination: River ■ Wastewater volume: 3.0m³/day *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Artificial Dialysis Wastewater Treatment 'FJR'

No chemicals needed with our unique know-how! By attaching and proliferating microorganisms on a carrier, we maintain biomass.

The "FJR" is an industrial wastewater treatment unit that decomposes organic matter through the metabolic capabilities of microorganisms. By adopting a carrier flow method, it allows microorganisms to attach and proliferate on the carrier, thus retaining biomass. A neutralization buffer tank incorporated before biological treatment reduces the impact of chemicals. The adoption of the carrier flow method makes it more compact compared to conventional methods. Since it does not use hazardous chemicals, it is easier to manage and leads to reduced maintenance costs. 【Features】 ■ Treatment method: Neutralization buffer + carrier flow method ■ Treatment performance: Effluent quality (mg/L or less: daily average) ・BOD→600/SS→600/pH→exceeds 5 but is less than 9 ■ The neutralization buffer tank incorporated before biological treatment reduces the impact of chemicals ■ The adoption of the carrier flow method makes it more compact compared to conventional methods ■ Since it does not use hazardous chemicals, it is easier to manage and leads to reduced maintenance costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
